Your Sky Club in Miami is beautiful. You have really comfortable chairs. They are so comfortable that I would prefer to sit in my chair and do work rather than sit in uncomfortable bar stools at a counter.
It would be really helpful if you could put outlets near the chairs so that we’re not forced to work at the counters in order to charge our laptops.

@Mike – I agree – sad to hear that it’s a problem everywhere. Experienced basically the same thing in Cincinnati – had to unplug a lamp to get an outlet!
This is a major issue at almost all of the Sky Clubs.
The good news is Delta has been doing upgrades of its lounges, but not fast enough. Same with the boarding areas
