I posted here about my recent complaint about having to pay the $20 per ticket booking fee in order to book an infant in lap.
I’m happy to report that Delta stepped up to the plate. Susan from Delta left a comment on the post stating that I should not have been charged the direct ticketing fee and to contact @DeltaAssist on Twitter to get it resolved.
I did that and within 48 hours, I was credited for the $20 direct booking fees and Jeanette from Delta called our house to make sure everything was done. Kudos to Delta for making it right!
